Grimaldi’s new service from Italy to Spain
Grimaldi have advised us that their new service from Genoa to Valencia will commence operating from 22nd November 2011 with 3 departures each week from both ports. The service will be operated by 2 new vessels with a transit time of only 25 Hours.

New Stena Line Irish Sea Service
Stena Line have announced that the proposed date for the launch of their new Irish Sea service will be 21st November 2011. The new route will be between their new port at Cairnryan & Belfast, utilizing their 2 new ferries Superfast VII & Superfast VIII. This route will replace their current Stranraer to Belfast service. Late cancellation / no-show fees
Finnlines have introduced a new charge for late booking cancellations or for vehicles not turning up for bookings on the Travemunde to Helsinki route, this is with immediate effect. This will help them to control the flow of traffic on this route, as vehicles not turning up has caused them a big problem.

Stena Line have introduced a SECA Surcharge on their North Sea ferry services.
The charges set out below are valid from 14/02/2012
- Up to 05.99 Mtrs £1.42
- 06.00 – 11.99 Mtrs £4.17
- 12.00 – 14.49 Mtrs £6.17
- 14.50 – 17.00 Mtrs £7.25
- Over 17.00 Mtrs £8.50
Bi-Modal tags
We are now able to offer a Bi-Modal Tag that covers both the French & Spanish motor way systems. This replaces the current Tag that we have been offering and is a major enhancement on the current system. We are also able to offer this system at no extra cost to the previous one.
