The 2025 Transport Logistic international trade fair took place in Munich, Germany, this week, concurrently with the 10th biennial Air Cargo Europe conference. This was a great opportunity for Harbour Shipping’s German representatives to meet their English counterparts and also to network more widely across the events.
The Transport Logistic trade fair, conference and exhibition is one of the world's largest transport events, attracting exhibitors from companies around the globe. Exibitors gathered from every transport sector, both traditional and cutting edge, to present their latest products and services across the vital fields of logistics, mobility, information technology (including Artificial Intelligence) and supply chain management.
Star Cargo Group Managing Director Tom James headed the delegation, ably supported by Harbour Shipping Director Steve Cummings, Sales Manager Michael Tschirsch and our German resident representative Susanne Liebl who is based locally in Ingolstadt.
Steve Cummings commented,
"Harbour Shipping is right at the heart of European freight support. We have over 40 years assisting our clients with the critical tasks of providing the right documents for the right people at the right time and place that underpins modern freight movements across Europe.
In terms of networking, we were delighted to reconnect with so many past and present contacts, and it was a pleasure to start building so many new relationships too during our time in Munich.
We're proud of our long and deep support for the German freight industry, with fluent German speakers in Germany and at our new £4 million headquarters in Dover, UK."
